OLD BUILDINGS

Application of PPS to prefabricaterd buildings.

Cement board is the main external wall cladding system which is applied.

Here we will show the application of PPS system to the Prefabricated building.

First If the old building is already painted before you have to do the following;

Remove all external claddings that increase the thickness of Wall.
Clean the wall from the dirts and Swollen, shattered, broken, peeling wall paint
Paint the metal parts with adherence enhancer to increase the ability of the plaster to stich to the metal part.
Fill the Large Empty locations with PPS or other proper material. For larger ones you can locate a proper layer of cement board to level the wall.

New BUILDINGS

If your building is new build i.e. it has only cladding without paint

or you have done the upper procedure to an old building,

you have a wall that is ready for PPS plastering.

Note that if your wall has not a paint from previous applications, you do not need to apply above procedure first.

Apply a thin layer of PPS plaster to the wall
Put the plastic net (Orange color in picture) over the wet plaster and fix it by Trowel. Then increase the net fixidity by some screws. Approximately 50-60 cm horizontal and 100-120cm horizontal distance. It is important to apply before the plaster dry so should be apply without delay continusly.
Locate Aluminum Lathe (10mm thickness) over the wall. To connect Lathe to the wall use about 5 mm layer of PPS plaster and level the wall thickness. (Totally about 15mm) You can change the thickness of plaster to have a proper vertical wall.
Apply The PPS plaster using the Lathe. You can apply both by hand or Plaster Machine. Remove The Lathe and fill their locations. It is important to do this on time before plaster became dry.
Put the plastic net (Orange color over the wet plaster and apply a thin layer of plaster over it. Wait the plaster became dry (Normally the day after or few hours later depends on weather conditions)
Apply a primer paint This will make the wall clean and wet again for adherance Then Apply Special Elastic Mineral (Colored) Thin PPS Plaster
